In the end of the 20^th century (and the beginning of the 21st) I was involved with in 2 Israelis start-ups: Membiz one of the first P2P companies, and C4U – a company which developed an innovative tool for monitoring changes in websites and notifying the users.

 Area of interests: Internet culture, Blogs, Amateur Astronomy, Philosophy, Popular Science and weird ideas. 

I have published a short article about blogs and wikis', and the strange relations existing between the Oreilly's Foo camp and its wiki.

Regarding Kinnernet camp

I was thinking why Foo camp had succeeded (according to what I have read in several blogs). It seems to me that Foo (and Kinnernet) can be described as a sort of a break…Take for example a certain conference that is taking place all day. There is a  good chance that most fruitful time in this gathering will be the breaks between the lectures, where you'll have real a time to meet people and interact. Actually, i wrote something about that (sorry…Hebrew).
