You murdered our diet and filled-up our plates
(One can’t resist munchies as ice-cream or dates!)
This is forgivable,
‘t was done before,
But you took it further, much further, and more…

You violently broke our web’s strong embrace,
And forced us to talk to our mates face to face
This is forgivable,
‘t was done before,
But you took it further, and  dared even more…

You forced freaks and squares to mingle and play
Till differences melted and faded away
This is forgivable,
‘t was done before,
But you didnt stop, and dared even more…

What we can’t forgive, and forever will not,
How you made us forget every thread of bad thought,
our differences and fights , our everyday stress,
The ADSL rates, the war, all the mess…

You quietly planted and nurtured instead
Seeds of hope in the hearts, and inside our heads
Plants of new ideas, shreds 
Of cooperation, lads!!!
